What if I change my mind after I make a purchase?
No one should regret a great find! If you’re not 100% satisfied with a piece you’ve selected, just bring it back within 15 days of purchase.
Regular priced items can be exchanged for something you do absolutely love, with the original or gift receipt, as long as it’s unworn and tags are still attached. If you’re not feeling it on the day you return, we can offer store credit, and you can shop our daily arrivals of new styles and brands at another time!
Sale items, including items purchased during a sale event, or items discounted with an online promotional code, are final sale.
If I order online and items are damaged, can I get a refund?
Yes! In the very unlikely event that a damaged item makes it past us and into your order, bring it in so we can check out and issue you a full refund, with our deepest thanks that you let us make it right for you!
I selected local drop off. When can I expect my order?
We personally ensure each local drop-off is hand delivered by our team within 72 hours of you hitting that checkout button!
If I live outside of St. Albert, can I still take advantage of free local delivery?
Absolutely! We deliver to all our customers within a 50km radius! This includes most areas of Edmonton, Mornville, Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park and more.

The majority of our suppliers are Canadian. Plus, we support other small businesses and stock items from local jewellers, honey makers, and carry locally crafted body care items and gifts!
I’ve got a discount code that I’m excited to use! How do I claim it?
Just look for the Promo Code Section at checkout and apply it to your purchase. Nothing beats discounting an already great deal!
How do I make sure I choose the right size?
Our goal is that you feel flattered and comfortable in whatever you wear. That’s why we carry brands that fit true to size, so you can select the size you normally feel your best in.
If you’re purchasing a Charlie B brand item, we recommend sizing down, unless you prefer a very loose fit.
